We just listed a cozy and quiet 1 bedroom unit – 312 S. Miraleste drv #90. It has a beautiful canyon and pica boo ocean view and is very quiet! We listed it at competitive price of $285,000 and had well over 30 showings in the first week?
Our other listing, a 2b/2.5ba unit at 316 S. Miraleste #122 is scheduled to close on September 18. There was 1 week delay on buyers part with getting appraisal from Kinecta Federal Credit union , to compensate seller for the delay we asked Escrow to prepare a $60 Per Diem credit from buyer to seller amendment.
